What is the difference between the RS11V and the RS80V?
The RS11V uses 50mm layered foam and the dual-angle V-Strap Wrist Lock 2 closure. The RS80V uses low-density moulded foam and Rival's angled Ergo Strap. Both are sparring models with hook-and-loop fastenings; compare the fit and available weights before choosing.
Should I choose 16oz or 18oz for sparring?
For adults below 90kg, 16oz is standard. Adults under 65kg may use 14oz only where their coach or gym permits it. At 90kg and above, 18oz is standard, subject to coach or gym requirements. Never use 8oz, 10oz or 12oz for adult sparring.
