Standard UK Delivery

At Fightgear.co.uk, we work to get your UK mainland orders delivered within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) from the moment your order is confirmed, unless a product description states otherwise. Orders made before 3.00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day, with those placed after this time dispatched the next working day.

We use delivery companies like Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. For the best experience, we suggest installing the courier’s mobile app to track your parcel in real time and manage delivery options.

Express UK Delivery (Monday–Friday Only)

For those needing their delivery quicker, choose Express UK Delivery at checkout, where we target delivery within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Note that oversized or heavy items (e.g., punch bags, weighted equipment) are not eligible for Express Delivery.

Orders placed by 3.00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays are sent the next working day. Express deliveries must go to the cardholder’s billing address. Additional fees may apply for premium options like Saturday deliveries. For quotes, reach out at 02921 358521.

In-Store Collection

Our In-Store Collection service lets you order online or by phone and pick up your items at our Caerphilly store. We aim to have collection orders ready within 2 working days, and you’ll receive an email when your order is prepared. Please wait for this email before visiting.

To collect, you’ll need to show your order confirmation email, the payment card used, and a photo ID matching the cardholder’s name. Large or special-order items may take longer to process, and a small handling fee may apply for items ordered specifically for collection. We’ll notify you within 2 working days if this is the case.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs for UK mainland and non-mainland postcodes are as follows:

• Standard UK Delivery: £4.99 (free over £75, up to 5kg, 2–4 working days).

• Express UK Delivery: £6.99 (1–3 working days, not for oversized items like punch bags).

• Non-Mainland UK (e.g., Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, DD, KW, KA, EH, ML, PA), Channel Islands (JE, GY), Shetland Isles (HS, ZE), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO)): £10–£20 (call 02921 358521 for quote).

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £75, with a maximum basket weight of 5kg. These orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless the product description notes otherwise. Free delivery does not cover Express or other premium delivery options.

No International Shipping

Fightgear.co.uk does not currently offer international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to UK addresses.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order after it’s been dispatched, you will be responsible for covering delivery costs.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you’re not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will typically try again the next working day or leave a card with details for collecting your parcel at a local pickup point. If the delivery fails after two attempts or is refused, you will need to cover any additional costs. If you request the parcel be left in a safe place, Fightgear.co.uk is not liable for loss or damage. Please inform us within 10 days if your order hasn’t arrived, as we may be unable to track or claim for lost parcels after this time.

Terms & Conditions

We only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If you request a different delivery address after ordering, we will verify it, which may result in extra charges for non-standard postcodes. We’ll contact you to confirm any additional fees.
