Built for elite fighters chasing hand speed and shoulder endurance, the Compact 12 carries 12oz of weight inside an 8oz profile. It is a conditioning tool, not a sparring glove.

Product questions
What is the benefit of a compact 12oz glove?
You get the weighted resistance of a 12oz glove in the compact shape of an 8oz. This loads the shoulders during long rounds and develops hand speed, so when you switch back to lighter gloves your hands feel faster.
Can I use these for sparring?
No. The Compact 12 is a conditioning glove for bag work, pads and speed training. The compact padding profile is not built to protect a sparring partner.
Who uses the Compact 12 in their training?
The Compact 12 is used by fighters who want to build hand speed and shoulder endurance through overload training. Working rounds on the bag in a heavier, compact glove loads the muscles differently to a standard training glove. When you switch back to lighter gloves, your hands feel faster and your shoulders recover quicker.
