What is the advantage of lace-up over hook and loop?
Lace-up gives you a tighter, more customised wrist wrap that hook and loop cannot match. The laces let you adjust tension along the full length of the cuff, which is why most pros choose them for serious training and fights.
Can I put these on without help?
Not easily. Lace-ups are designed to be tied by a coach or training partner for the best fit. If you usually train alone, the hook and loop version of this glove may suit you better.
Are these the same as the hook and loop version internally?
Yes. The padding, leather, and Pro Balance foam system are identical. The only difference is the closure type.
Which weight should I choose?
Under 65kg, go 14oz (coach dependent). Over 65kg, go 16oz. Always confirm with your coach.
