Can the ALL DAY gloves be used for both bag work and sparring?

Yes, that is what they are designed for. The Pro Balance foam protects your hands on the bag and absorbs impact cleanly enough for sparring. Pick 16oz if sparring is the priority.

What makes the Pro Balance foam different from standard foam?

Standard foam compresses over time and loses its protective qualities, which is why most gloves feel dead after a few months of heavy use. The Pro Balance multi-density system is built to resist that breakdown, so the glove keeps protecting your hands across long training blocks.

Are these gloves worth the premium price?
