Product questions
What is the benefit of training with 24oz gloves?
The extra weight builds shoulder endurance, arm stamina and punch power. After a few rounds in 24oz, your regular bag or sparring gloves feel noticeably lighter and faster. It is a tool for conditioning, not a replacement for your everyday training gloves.
Can I use these for sparring?
No. These are conditioning gloves built for the heavy bag. The padding and weight are not designed for partner work, and sparring with 24oz gloves puts unnecessary strain on your shoulders and your partner.
How often should I train with conditioning gloves?
Once or twice a week is usually enough. Heavier gloves load the shoulders hard, so you need recovery time between sessions. Use them for specific conditioning rounds rather than every bag workout.
