Order before 3pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days, excluding bank holidays, from order confirmation. Free on orders over £75. Other rates and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Our additional online returns offer lets you request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns under this offer, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your statutory online cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
You pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods where required by your statutory rights.
