Wear & Use
This sauna suit is designed to be worn during conditioning sessions to help increase sweat output and support short-term weight management. It should be used alongside proper hydration strategies and under appropriate supervision when cutting weight.
It is not intended for extended wear outside of training sessions. Fighters should always remove the suit immediately after training and allow it to fully air dry before reuse.
