Training & Usage Guidance
These hand wraps are designed to be worn under boxing gloves to protect the knuckles and stabilise the wrist during punching. The low-stretch construction allows a firm, supportive wrap while maintaining flexibility through the hand.
When wrapping, apply even tension and avoid overtightening, particularly around the wrist and knuckles. For competition use, always follow your governing body’s wrapping guidelines.
After training, unroll fully and allow the wraps to air dry before washing or storage.
