Training & Usage
This groin guard is designed for sparring and technical training where freedom of movement and reliable protection are essential. The contoured profile helps reduce bulk while keeping the guard stable during movement and exchanges.
Ensure the laces are properly tightened before use to prevent shifting. After training, wipe clean and allow the guard to air dry away from direct heat to maintain material integrity.
