Yes. They are Adidas's entry-level training glove and the build quality is solid for the price. The Tilt foam helps newer boxers learn to land with correct knuckle alignment.

What weight should I choose for bag work?

As a rough guide: under 65kg go for 14oz (coach dependent), 65 to 85kg pick 16oz, and 85kg plus should run 16oz as a minimum. Heavier gloves protect your hands and wrists over longer sessions.

Are these gloves suitable for sparring?

The Tilt 200 is built for bag and pad work rather than sparring. If you plan to spar regularly, look at a dedicated sparring glove with denser, shock-absorbing padding. Always check with your coach before sparring in any glove.
