What is Speed Tilt Technology?
It's Adidas's name for the angled foam construction inside the glove. The padding is set at an angle that matches the natural position of your fist when it lands a punch. The result is better impact alignment and a more solid feel through the knuckles.
Are these gloves suitable for sparring?
Yes. The 350 Pro handles bag, pads, and sparring. For sparring, go 16oz — the Speed Tilt foam provides solid knuckle protection and the cactus leather shell holds up well under contact. If you are sparring regularly at high intensity, a dedicated sparring glove with softer padding will be kinder on your partner.
What is the difference between the Tilt 350 and the Tilt 200?
The Tilt 200 is Adidas's entry-level Speed Tilt glove — lighter construction, PU shell, suited to beginners and lighter training loads. The 350 Pro sits above it with the cactus leather outer, denser foam, and a build that holds up to consistent daily training.
